    The role

This role supports the Courier Compliance Team Leader and sits at the heart of our courier operations. As a Courier Compliance Administrator, you’ll help ensure our fleet remains fully compliant with legal and industry standards, while delivering a ‘Class A’ service to our courier partners.

    Why CitySprint

What we do matters — from everyday deliveries to time‑critical services — and this role helps ensure our network operates safely, compliantly, and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in supporting our couriers and maintaining high operational standards.

    Who we are

CitySprint is a UK‑wide logistics business delivering same‑day and time‑critical services for customers who need things done right, first time. We work at pace, rely on good judgement, and trust our people to take ownership.

We’re also part of DPD and the wider Geopost group, which gives us the backing, scale and stability of a leading international delivery network — while CitySprint remains very much its own business, with a distinct focus and pace.

It’s a busy, fast‑moving role where priorities can change quickly, and you’ll be trusted to stay organised, communicate clearly, and solve problems as they arise.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Managing day-to-day compliance queries from couriers and internal teams
    • Ensuring all courier documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant
    • Supporting the end-to-end compliance process for the courier fleet
    • Maintaining systems and records in line with company policies
    • Monitoring and resolving queries in line with agreed SLAs
    • Working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance standards are met
    • Escalating issues or risks where appropriate
    • Supporting continuous improvement in compliance processes

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience or understanding of compliance processes in a high-volume environment
    • Experience in a customer-focused or operational role
    • Strong communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships
    • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
    • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfortable using systems and maintaining accurate records
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Positive, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and develop
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills

All successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check.
